Sales over $1,000,000 will be $6,000 and $300 for each successive $50,000 increment.

Real Estate Commissions vary from State, to City, and can not be regulated. Some listing commissions will be larger and some smaller, however in each case 20% of the total commission earned by the agent representing you will be discounted from your listing commission or credited at closing, and can be used as part of your total closing costs. In many cases you must register and name your realtor at new construction Sites in order to qualify for full commissions.
